International Shipments
Orders addressed to any of the countries listed in the Overseas Ship List below can be placed by emailing your order to: support@allthingscedar.com.
Once we have received your order we will email you with a shipping quote and transit time before requesting payment.
Prices including Freight are billed in US Dollars.

Orders shipped within the United States or to an International address are billed in US Dollars. Orders shipped within Canada are billed in Canadian dollars.

| If an item is damaged in shipping please notify All Things Cedar by email as soon as possible. If possible, please provide a picture of the damaged box, and damaged part(s). All Things Cedar will replace damaged parts at its discretion. | |

| In the event a product ordered is out of stock, it will automatically be added to our Back Orders List, and shipped as soon as possible. Tracking will be provided once your package has shipped. | |
| Duties and Taxes: | |
| International taxes and duties are not included in any of the prices posted on this website, and is the responsibility of the buyer to cover (Orders into the USA will not be subject to duties). | |
| Paying by Check: | |
| Cashier Check, Money Orders and Personal Checks are accepted. Orders will be prepared only after the check/money order has been received and has cleared the bank. (15-20 days for personal checks.) Expected delivery dates should allow for payment to arrive. |

- Once your information leaves our server it is processed by the financial institution that issued your credit card to you. They are the body that oversees the conversion process from start to finish.
Your credit card statement will show three things.
- The initial purchace price of the item in US dollars.
- The conversion to your countries currency using the current exchange rate.
- The total amount that was debited from your credit card in your countries currency
